Chih-Ing Lim, Ph.D., is currently Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. Chih-Ing is the Co-Chair of the International Early Childhood Inclusion Institute and serves as the Co-Director of the STEM Innovation for Inclusion in Early Education Center (STEMIE), an Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)-funded national center to ensure young children with disabilities are included in high quality and playful STEM learning. She is also the co-Director of SCRIPT-NC, where she works with community college faculty to better prepare early childhood professionals to serve children with disabilities and who are from culturally and racially diverse families. She provides leadership on web-based professional development resources and modules, evaluation, and technical assistance, specifically in the areas of equitable access and participation of children with disabilities in inclusive settings and STEM learning experiences. Originally from Singapore, she has worked as a music and math teacher, a curriculum specialist, and choir instructor.

Chih-Ing lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband and her 12-year old son who nags at her for giving too many treats to their sassy husky. As a family, they enjoy baking and cooking as well as playing tennis and going for walks in the woods, and fostering dogs (particularly senior dogs).
